Production management has become an important part of my work in theatre, where I’ve gained experience overseeing the bigger picture of how a production comes together. I enjoy coordinating timelines, budgets, and communication between departments to ensure that all elements—technical, creative, and logistical—align effectively.

What draws me to this role is the ability to support both the vision of the show and the practical execution behind it. It requires a balance of organization and adaptability, making sure that creative ideas are achievable while keeping the process running smoothly. I find it especially rewarding to bring different teams together and help translate ideas into a cohesive final product.

As I continue to grow in this area, I’m focused on strengthening my leadership and problem-solving skills while taking on more complex productions. Production management allows me to stay connected to every part of the process, and it’s something I’m excited to keep developing as part of my career in theatre.
